Stop and look at yourself one second. Yes the individual who stumbled onto this review (thanks for reading) and think to a moment in your life where you had something great. Then you find out it was all a lie, your dream turns into a nightmare so quick that any good seems unfathomable. This is what has happened to John Stewart after last months revelation. While Hal got a relaxing visit from his family, John has to deal with the ramifications of a dream gone by. Let’s just open page one and see what in store for John. The war is over and now we can all relax right? The Green Lantern Corps stopped the Durlans plot and I’m sure they have nothing to worry about anymore……..nope…..nothing…. Oh who am I kidding, this is comics and the next big threat is right around the corner no matter what superhero you are. However everyone needs a small break in between huge events otherwise they might collapse from sheer exhaustion. Which leads us to ask, what does Venditti have planned for Hal Jordan before Future’s End takes over next month? Let’s all grab our cameras and take a selfie, while also diving into the issue itself.

REVIEW: Earth 2 #26

Well that was a crazy 25th issue wasn’t it? Taylor continues to raise the stakes higher and higher for the Wonders of Earth 2, leaving only a sliver a hope to remain. This appears to be the conclusion to that really stems back to issue one. One can’t deny that this feels like the closing of a chapter to a gigantic book with an even bigger adventure waiting on the horizon. So what exactly does Taylor have planned for this issue? What magnificent art does Nicola Scott have up her sleeve, with this being her final issue on the series? Grab your popcorn and let’s finish this bad boy!.

Warner Bros. Announces Nine Mystery DC Comics Films Release Dates

Warner Bros. has moved up the release date of “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” from May 6, 2016 to March 25, 2016, as reported Wednesday by Variety. Along with that announcement, Deadline reports that WB has a slate of 9 films that could be all or majority (we’re thinking two of these could potentially be the new JK Rowling Potter franchise), DC Comics based. Check below for the lineup, including where rumored Aquaman and Wonder Woman movies may fall.

“Justice League: Gods And Monsters” Animated Movie Coming 2015

Justice League: Gods and Monsters will see release come Mid/Late 2015, and will be an original story written and directed by Bruce Timm. That plus Batman Versus Robin (which will feature Scott Snyder’s Court of Owls) will join the previously announced Justice League: Throne of Atlantis animated feature, slated for Winter/Spring 2014.

“LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham” Game Features Playable Arkillo & Bleez

In addition to revealing that a yellow ring wielding Arkillo will be featured in the game, Arthur Parsons the Game Director on “Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham” also revealed that planets Zamaron and Okaara will also be visited! Oh and some hero named Blue Beetle? If you’re into that kinda thing…Some more info may be coming on Sunday at 1pm Pacific when LEGO has their Comic Con panel. Warner Bros. Wants Oscar Winning Screenwriter for ‘Justice League’

Shocking no one but putting smiles on the faces of many, comes the news that Warner Bros. wants Chris Terrio to return to the DC realm with a script for Zack Snyder’s “Justice League” film. Deadline reports that Terrio “crushed” it on the script for “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” so it shouldn’t surprise anyone that WB wants him for round 2.

SDCC14: LEGO Announces Green Lantern vs Sinestro Set

San Diego Comic Con or officially named Comic Con International kicked off with some Green Lantern news on Wednesday. Its only fitting that when Batman ventures off into space in the “LEGO Batman 3” videogame, that we should see some lantern involvement right? Yet it was still a great surprise to learn that LEGO is releasing in Winter 2015 a Green Lantern vs Sinestro set, which of course still features Batman. Hit the jump for pics!
