Next week sees the release of Green Lantern: New Guardians #0 from DC Comics. The issue will feature an “origin” of a new cast for the book starring Kyle Rayner, but the cover prominently features Star Sapphire Carol Ferris sporting a new costume. A costume we exclusively highlighted and displayed the costume designs courtesy of Brett Booth. Now, the cover artist for NG #0, Guillem March presents his process for the issue. Check it out here!
‘Green Lantern’ Actors Ryan Reynolds & Blake Lively Are Married!
Hal Jordan & Carol Ferris are married! According to People magazine, the “Green Lantern” co-stars, Ryan Reynolds & Blake Lively, got hitched Sunday evening at a plantation outside Charleston, S.C. The nuptials come less than two years after Reynolds, 35, split from first wife, and current Avenger, Scarlett Johansson; their divorce was finalized in July of 2011. The marriage is the first for Lively, 25, who was with Leonardo DiCaprio last fall, shortly before rumors about a romance between she and Reynolds began to swirl. If you want more gossip, read on!

The World’s Finest has received episode title confirmation for new installments of Green Lantern: The Animated Series and Young Justice: Invasion premiering September 29th, 2012 at 10:00am (ET/PT) on Cartoon Network. Both series recently enjoyed a standard summer break and are now set to return to the Fall 2012 with new offerings. Hit the jump for the info!

No longer are we shackled to the sluggish speeds and updating woes of static HTML! The old site design was stuck in 2003 — quite a feat for a site launched in 2007 — and we’ve dreamed of upgrading for years now. Now, thanks to our friend Matthew Fraser, that dream is finally a reality.
After 5 years as the #1 Green Lantern Message Board, it’s finally time for the main page to catch up: No more landing page, No more silly flash animation; just the website. We’ve been lax with our posting of the news, relying on the forum and twitter, but no more!
