Hey there, Lantern fans,
We owe you all a huge apology. As you’ve probably noticed, our beloved Green Lantern forum has been out of commission for the last few days. We ran into some technical issues that left us in the dark—no, not the literal Blackest Night kind, but it sure felt that way for a bit.
We know you’ve been missing your regular dose of cosmic conversation, and trust us, we’ve missed it too. In times like this, we can’t help but think of Carol Ferris. She’s been through her share of cosmic chaos and always finds a way to get things back on track. If she can keep Ferris Aircraft flying despite Hal’s best distractions, we can definitely get our forum back online.
While we’ve been fixing things behind the scenes, we’ve taken inspiration from some of the lesser-known heroes in the Corps. Ch’p reminded us that sometimes it’s the smallest tweaks that make the biggest difference—like clearing out caches and rebooting systems (unfortunately, without the aid of a power ring). And if Rot Lop Fan can wield the power of will in the absence of light, then surely we can handle a few pesky server glitches.
We obviously to have everything back online ASAP. We’re putting in a Kilowog-level effort to get you back to your Lantern-loving ways as soon as possible. In the meantime, we encourage you to join the conversation on our social media pages, where the spirit of Mogo is alive and well—yes, Mogo, who doesn’t socialize, might even approve.
Thank you for your support and patience. This community is the light that guides us, and your enthusiasm is brighter than a fully charged power battery. Whether you’ve been with us since Alan Scott’s re-debut or you’ve been discovering the magic of the Emotional Spectrum since Hal’s meltdown, we appreciate each and every one of you.
The forum will be up and glowing brighter than ever in no time. And remember, in brightest day, in blackest night, no forum outage shall escape our sight.
With gratitude,
TheGreenLanternCorps.com Team
