DC Entertainment Launches “DC Kids” YouTube Original Series & Justice League Action: Run

 

 


Starting today, March 3, DC Kids will provide family-friendly content geared toward young super hero fans! The YouTube original series will include fan-favorites such as DC Super Hero Girls, Teen Titans Go!, and Justice League Action, as well as interviews from the red carpet, exclusive access to San Diego Comic-Con, behind-the-scenes at Warner Bros. Animation, and even grand openings of DC theme park rides and attractions. Episodes will also feature unboxings and demos of the latest DC toys and products, as well as Super Hero-themed DIY crafts, hacks, activities, and even challenges that will let viewers get in on all the fun.

Rayn Kral of Thanagar, You Have Been Chosen. Welcome to the Green Lantern Corps

 

In the latest issue of The Death of Hawkman, written by Marc Andreyko and drawn by Aaron Lopresti, we see the lost of a lantern who’s been through a lot and has been a signature player in the Green Lantern Corps. REVIEW: Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Corps Vol. 1: Sinestro’s Law

 

Ask most Green Lantern readers in the last five ye–scratch that, the last freaking decade and they’ll tell you the two creators synonymous with the brand are Geoff Johns and Ethan Van Sciver. No other duo has a made mark on the series than they did way back in 2006. They started this Rebirth with Green Lantern: Rebirth and now the legacy they left on the franchise has become the newest DC Comics initiative for all titles. That’s quite a standard to align your entire publishing line on, but damn if it doesn’t give me goosebumps just thinking about so many comics being that damn good. So who would DC put to the task of recreating that magic from what seems like so long ago? Who? Well, just a guy who was tapped to replace Geoff Johns when he departed the title, in Robert Venditti and one of the biggest artists in comics…Ethan Van Sciver! DC Announces ‘Injustice 2¹ Prequel Comic Launch Date and Series Artist

 

 

DC Entertainment revealed today all-new details for the highly anticipated INJUSTICE 2 comic book series inspired by the upcoming videogame. Set to make its digital debut on April 11, Injustice fans can dive into the earth-shattering universe before the game launch via the prequel comic, which will debut new chapters every week. DC also announced that fan favorite artist Bruno Redondo will join series writer Tom Taylor as the book’s lead artist.

DC Comics Announces Hanna-Barbera Crossover Annuals Featuring Green Lantern/Space Ghost

 

Now this is something you never would have saw coming. On March 29, 2017, the Hanna-Barbera toons will be teaming up with DC’s superheroes in a series of annuals. Right on the heels of the Star Trek crossover, Green Lantern fans are now being treated with a crossover with Space Ghost! Hit the jump for the creative team and initial solicitation. Oh? I forgot to mention that each story will also feature a backup Hanna-Barbera story!
