Warner Home Video has provided the initial bonus content details for the upcoming Blu-ray and DVD home video release of Justice League: War, the latest installment of the DC Universe Animated Original Movie line. Justice League: War, hitting shelves February 4th, 2014 courtesy of Warner Home Video, is an adaptation of the “Justice League: Origin” storyline recently published by DC Comics.
Written by Geoff Johns with artwork by Jim Lee and Scott Williams, the storyline kicked off the comic publisher’s current ongoing “The New 52″ comic-line initiative. Justice League: War features the formation of the Justice League and the team’s first battle with Darkseid. Synopsis: Going back to a time when superheroes were new to our world, we learn how the Justice League came together during an alien attack of Earth.
