At the end of this month, The Flash writer Brian Buccellato will be us the very first meeting between Green Lantern Hal Jordan and Barry Allen aka The Flash. That comes in The Flash Annual #2 with art by Sami Basri, who had a very short stint drawing Green Lantern Kyle Rayner in the pages of VooDoo.
