DC Comics Officially Announces First New52 Event: Forever Evil

 

All signs were pointing this moment and now it is finally here. DC Comics has its first official event of the New52 and its downright evil, “Forever Evil.” As you can see from the image above(and a better shot below), that it features Black Hand and Sinestro. First Look at “Larfleeze” #1 Art by Scott Kolins

 

This summer, the adventures of everyone’s favorite Orange Lantern will spin out of the pages of THRESHOLD into his own ongoing solo series.

Charles Soule Compares “Red Lanterns” to HBO’s “The Wire” and Talks Long Term Plans

 

Talking with CBR, the new writer for Red Lanterns, Charles Soule is now setting his sights on perfection. I happen to think HBO’s tv series “The Wire” is the best drama ever. So its quite intriguing when a comic book series about anger filled napalm blood spilling creatures gets compared to it.
