Young Justice fans who couldn’t wait for season four were more than just “whelmed” at DC FanDome: Explore the Multiverse on Saturday, September 12, by not only the show’s panel with the cast and producers, but also a special table read of a brand-new Young Justice episode performed by the series voice cast—and the reveal of the title to the new season.

The World’s Greatest Super Heroes square off once-and-for-all against the despotic Darkseid – with the fate of all humanity hanging in the balance – in Justice League Dark: Apokolips War, the next entry in the popular series of DC Universe Movies. Produced by Warner Bros. Animation and DC, the feature-length animated film will be released by Warner Bros. Home Entertainment on Digital starting May 5, 2020, and on 4K Ultra HD Combo Pack and Blu-ray Combo Pack on May 19, 2020. Justice League Dark: Apokolips War will be accompanied by the all-new DC Showcase animated short, Adam Strange. The thrilling tale, which offers insight into the space adventurer’s fascinating backstory, features Charlie Weber (How To Get Away with Murder) as the voice of title character.
DC Universe announced that DC Universe Movie titles will now appear on the streaming service day-and-date with the film’s physical media release starting 2019. The details came as part of a larger press release highlighting upcoming events for the Warner Media’s DC Comics-based digital outlet. The next DC Universe Movie title, Reign of the Supermen, will be the first animated feature available the same day as its physical media release. The world’s greatest DC Super Heroes are heading to Cartoon Network in the premiere of Justice League Action, an all-new animated series that will kick off with “Shazam Slam,” a four-part special event debuting, Friday, Dec. 16 at 6:00 p.m. (ET/PT). Produced by Warner Bros. Animation and based on iconic DC characters, Justice League Action will premiere new episodes Saturday mornings on Cartoon Network, beginning Dec. 24.

DC Super Hero Girls is back today with new episodes of the fan-favorite animated shorts. In the season two opener “New Beginnings,” Supergirl makes her debut appearance in the webseries as a prospective student of Super Hero High. As you can see, a certain Green Lantern makes an appearance as well. There’s a new DC Animated Series on the way… and this one’s all about the action. Justice League Action is a brand new, quarter-hour series from Warner Bros. Animation that will be coming soon to Cartoon Network.
TV Insider has the official cast lineup for the upcoming Warner Bros. Animation feature Justice League vs Teen Titans. Unfortunately, it won’t be featuring a Green Lantern. Oddly, it will feature the adult Flash but not Kid Flash. We get Robin and a Nightwing but no Kid Flash or Green Lantern. Strange decisions from director Sam Liu and company. Check below for the list of announced actors and characters because after all, we could get a cameo if nothing else.
