Cartoon Network and DC Comics recently released a brief joint statement to address the intense online response over the recent cancellations of Green Lantern: The Animated Series and Young Justice. Cartoon Network airs the weekly DC Nation programming block, a joint venture with DC Entertainment, which currently houses the both Green Lantern: The Animated Series and Young Justice. Below is the response released by Cartoon Network and DC Comics, posted on a host of different social media outlets.
“Thank you to all our fans for expressing just how much they love DC Nation on Cartoon Network. There’s still more new Young Justice and Green Lantern: The Animated Series to enjoy in the coming weeks. And DC Nation isn’t going anywhere; there will be plenty of new adventures coming your way later this year.”
Wow, thanks Cartoon Network for telling us what we already know.
No body wants titans go, batman has had brave and bold and the batman why something new again. Look at justice league so many seasons and still loved..
The 2 new shows you have planned pay no homage to the comics. Meanwhile, Marvel is going Avengers heavy (AGAIN) and crushing DC. These 2 shows were your last hope to compete. Good job.
