Continuing, all-new episodes of Green Lantern: The Animated Series will air for the month of March 2013. We finally got see Green Lantern in action via the fan voted battle with Solomon Grundy last week. This week we get another treat from the upcoming game Injustice: Gods Among Us. Green Lantern’s most popular nemesis Sinestro will be a playable character! Wow.

The press run continues! The incoming Green Lantern and Green Lantern Corps (and Red Lanterns) writers Robert Venditti and Joshua Hale Fialkov spoke with CBR about taking over the books. No, they don’t reference the adorable header above but they do discuss quite a bit. Take a small glimpse into the the lantern universe future after the jump as I’ve collected some choice quotes.

Continuing the press run he deserves, new Green Lantern writer Robert Venditti has spoken to Newsarama about his plans for the book, what happened with Constantine, and even how he got the job. Read some choice quotes below.

MTV chatted with Green Lantern actor Mark Strong, who played Thaal Sinestro in the film. Below you’ll find some quotes from Mark about the character, the post-credits scene and his thoughts on a GL sequel. Slight spoilers for the now 2 year old movie ahead.

It was officially announced way back in October that we’ll be getting an animated adaptation of the Geoff Johns penned, Andy Kubert drawn Flashpoint series. Before then, famed Batman voice actor Kevin Conroy gave slip that he’d been working on a Flashpoint film. Little details have followed, but finally we’ll be getting some footage. Coming May 7th is Superman: Unbound, the next DC Animated movie, and that DVD will have a sneak peek at the appropriately titled Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox. Still zero word if this upcoming movie will feature Green Lantern Abin-Sur who played a small role in the overall scheme of things, but starred in his own miniseries during the comic event.

Green Lantern Hal Jordan is on the cover but we haven’t seen him in action. We’ve seen him show up in the story trailer, but nothing to get us excited about playing with the character in the upcoming Injustice: Gods Among Us videogame. That changes now.
