Our pals over at Collected Editions discovered a gem of a quote from DC Comics’ Co-Publisher Dan Didio about how the “Forever Evil” tie-in stories will be collected. As you know, excluding Earth 2‘s issue, the spotlighted villains during September are Black Hand, Mongul, Sinestro and of course the newly created threat that is Relic. Find out what Didio said and how it relates to the future of our favorite lanterns.

All is well that ends well. That’s got absolutely nothing to do with July 2013’s lantern title sales, but I really felt like typing it. Lets just move onto the info and charts before some terrible pop song enters my head and distracts me from all relevant comic news.
“Lights Out” Aftermath? “Zero Year” Tie-In? An Orange Lantern Revolt? All that and more is coming in November. Find out exactly what with the November solicitations below.

IGN has the exclusive this time as Geoff Johns gets really specific about what’s to come with “Forever Evil”, DC’s first New52 event series. Spoilers for Justice League #23 and some Forever Evil bits too are ahead so you have been warned. Oh, also included below is Forever Evil #3 cover by David Finch.

“Forever Evil” doesn’t kick off until September and with it we’ll be getting one shot issues starring DC’s villains. Today, DC Comics has given us glimpses into both Earth 2 #15.2 and Green Lantern #23.2 featuring Grundy and Mongul respectively.

Thursday Justice League 3000 artist Kevin Maguire announced via Twitter that he had been unexpectedly “fired” from the upcoming ongoing series reteaming him with former collaborators Keith Giffen and JM DeMatteis set in the 31st Century. Now, thanks to Newsarama, the series has a new artist. One who is just as familiar with the League as Maguire. Oh, and it won’t be hitting shelves until December.
I’ll admit that we don’t talk as much as we should about “Trinity War” and the Green Lantern Simon Baz’s role in it so far, but who needs to talk when we have Doug Mahnke art to look at?! Check out a preview of Justice League of America #7 below, thanks to NY Post.

IGN had a quick chat with Green Lantern Corps writer Van Jensen about the upcoming tie-in issue to the Batman minievent “Zero Year.” Check out what Van had to say below, and take a look at Bernard Chang’s cover for GLC #25.

Fall of the Lightsmiths is just a few short months away and Forever Evil is even closer. Yet its another, smaller, DC Comics event that should have lantern readers attention. The rumors are true, Green Lantern Corps will have a Zero Year with issue #25. Check out what the editor of all the Batman titles had to say about GLC’s crossover.
