Stel is an alien super-hero known as Green Lantern and a member of the Green Lantern Corps. The Guardians of the Universe gave them a power ring fueled by willpower to protect Space Sector 3009. They are a sentient mechanical lifeform of the planet Grenda, considered a robot by some.
