The World’s Finest has received episode title confirmation for new installments of Green Lantern: The Animated Series and Young Justice: Invasion premiering September 29th, 2012 at 10:00am (ET/PT) on Cartoon Network. Both series recently enjoyed a standard summer break and are now set to return to the Fall 2012 with new offerings. Hit the jump for the info!

Green Lantern Guy Gardner makes his debut in “The New Guy,” the September 29th, 2012 premiere episode of Green Lantern: The Animated Series.

Continuing, the ongoing alien invasion plot-threads from the current season of Young Justice – dubbed Young Justice: Invasion – will continue when the show returns on September 29th, 2012 with the episode “Satisfaction.” The show will also continue to explore the series’ new status quo, growing conflict among the team itself, and what happened in the five years that passed since the first season.
