(AKA
"The Ghost of Booder Falls") A Native American living
in Booder Falls and the last living descendant of the tribe Samuel
Booder VIs family wiped out, the Alsonquin Nation.
When Raphael was demutated by Bloodsucker and later
lost, Abanak found him and returned him to his brothers, whom
he led to Booder's factories at the river. After Booder, the
CEO of the industrial plants poisoning the river, was slain by
Bloodsucker, Abanak accompanied the Turtles (after passing the
mantle of "The Ghost of Booder Falls" to three children
who had been earlier attacked by Bloodsucker) to the source of
the river in the highlands of Vermont. Facing Bloodsucker in
a final duel, they came to realize Bloodsucker was sent by Old
Man River, whom they finally met in person. Bloodsucker was
reverted back to a normal leech by Raphael, and absorbed the
now-embryo Old Man River, whose magic had been used against him
by Splinter to reverse his great old age after Abanak
failed to stop him himself. Abanak, who he revealed in his final
moments of regression to have the same power as he, took Old
Man Rivers place as caretaker of the river (TMNT
Vol. 1, #24 -26).

An evil spirit that was a conglomeration of all
the rats in prehistoric times that ate the eggs of the mythical
Great Turtle. Feeding off the Great Turtles subsequent sorrow, the Adversary grew stronger
over the millennia, until, after Donatello convinced his
brothers to go with him into the wilderness of Northampton, they
came to slay it. Their journey into the woods beginning as a
merely free spirited journey, soon Donatello began to hear the
voice of the Great Turtle, telling him to stand against the Adversary,
the enemy of all reptiles. Donatello declared himself the "Shaman"
to oppose the Adversary, though upon being badly beaten in combat
by him, realized the Shaman was Leonardo. Leonardo climbed
to the place where he waged his final battle with the Adversary
and, guided by the Great Turtle, emerged triumphant. The fossil
mesozoic eggs scattered across the world broke apart as fetal
reptile souls, the Great Turtles included,
were freed by the death of the Adversary (Turtle Soup
#1, TMNT Vol. 1, #37).

A
centuries-old, seemingly immortal man with powerful technology
and aspirations of being a hero. When Casey Jones and
April ONeil
were taken captive with nearly everyone else in the University
of Massachusetts by a group of undead vampires seeking an artifact,
Allard made his entrance just as the Turtles made theirs. The
Turtles and Allard went on to stake and behead almost all the
vampires within, then parted ways. Captured when he recuperated
in one of his hideouts by Master Traquer, the leader of
the Massachusetts vampires, he was taken to Innsmouth, where
the vampires were preparing to bring the being Dagon into their
dimension. Joined by the Turtles and Casey Jones, he was able
to close the gateway from the other side by tossing the artifact
they used to summon Dagon into Dagons
mouth. He disappeared then, believed sucked into the gateway
with the Dagon, but in fact he only transported back to another
hideout of his (TMNT Vol. 1, #29).

A
glorified general in the Human Federation ("Federat"),
stationed on the planet of Dhoonib
at the far side of the galaxy. He once pressured Professor
Honeycutt into developing a transportational Transmat Device,
one that would be used to teleport bombs and such inside the
hulls of enemy craft. This would have been instrumental in the
war with the savage Triceratons of the Triceraton Republic.
After an accident resulted in Honeycutts
consciousness being transferred into the body of his android
assistant, Blanque ordered the immediate capture of Honeycutt,
declaring the professor a "Fugitoid." When the Turtles
transmatted from Earth and the TCRIs
building to Peblak City on Dhoonib,
Blanque believed them allied with Honeycutt and, as such, ordered
them captured along with Honeycutt. The Turtles, however, avoided
his reach, losing the Federation as they found themselves in
the middle of a Triceraton invasion (TMNT Vol. 1, #5).

A
giant, humanoid, sentient leech. When the Turtles and Splinter
went on a sojourn through the wetlands near Northamptons river, a leech attached itself to Raphaels foot after he and his brothers discovered nesting
grounds for turtles. The Turtles soon found the leech again,
mutated to ten feet long after absorbing some of the mutagen
from Raphaels bloodstream. Cornering the leech in
a cave, Raphael attempted to trap it by enclosing it with the
back of his shell. Incidentally, the leech attached itself to
his shell and absorbed much more mutagen before Leonardo
hacked it to pieces. While Raphael slowly demutated into a normal
turtle, the Turtles thought the leech laid to rest. The leech
appeared again, now fully humanoid and sentient, masquerading
as a Massachusetts Fish & Game warden in order to absorb
more of Raphs mutagen before disappearing. The leech,
now calling himself Bloodsucker, went on a killing spree in the
town of Booder Falls. Samuel Booder VI, the CEO of the industrial
plants poisoning the river, was slain by Bloodsucker. As the
Turtles came to the source of the river in the highlands of Vermont,
they faced Bloodsucker in a final duel, coming to realize Bloodsucker
was sent by Old Man River, a million year-old elightened being.
While the Turtles fought Bloodsucker, the now-ordinary turtle
Raphael gnawed on Bloodsucker, soon absorbing enough mutagen
back to restore his mutated state. Bloodsucker was reverted back
to a normal leech, and absorbed the now-embryo Old Man River
(TMNT Vol. 1, #24 -26).

Former member of DARPA that partook
in their mental enhancement program in the 1950s and a
resident of the apartment complex April ONeil came
to purchase and own. Coming out of the program with the ability
to alter peoples thoughts, memories, and personalities,
he escaped. After witnessing Casey Jones and Aprils
apartment being searched by DARPA agents and when Raphael
became abducted by DARPA during the Turtles confrontation
with the cyborg Baxter Stockman, Louis told Casey what
he knew of DARPA. Together with Casey, Nobody, and the Turtles,
they went to Nevada, where they rescued Raphael. Louis and an
alien he freed from the DARPA base there he had known at some
point in his past narrowly averted a Triceraton cityship
whose bitter captain was attempting to crash it into Earth. Returning
to New York, Louis used his enhanced mental abilities to make
the Turtles forget their entire trip to Nevada, save for Leonardo,
whom he alone made remember just before departing his apartment
(TMNT Vol. 2, #8 - 13).

A child whose family left China to come to New
York because of religious persecution. Often bullied by gang
members into paying "protection payments," Chang Lao
began to doubt the teachings of his father until one day Donatello
came to his aid and reaffirmed those teachings (TMNT: Adventures!,
Shell Shock).

Wizened healer in the Foot Clan who helped
Raphael when he secured leadership of the New York Foot
Clan. He supposedly helped Splinter when he was poisoned
with rabies. He would later reveal his treachery in his being
the right-hand man of the enigmatic Lady Shredder (TMNT
Vol. 3, #16 - 23).

(Full name: Chester Manley) The young
boy whose four baby Turtles crashed into the sewers to become
the TMNT (TMNT Vol. 1, #1 & 7). Fifteen years later
he became employed as a sanitation worker in the sewers, during
which occupation he had a brief meeting with the now-mutated
Turtles hed thought long lost but had been having
dreams about (Turtle Soup #4). Chet is also the name Donatello
gave to the artificial intelligence program he used in his Japan
home in the distant future (Plastron Café #1).

A
dinosaur-like samurai of 1373 Japan in servitude to Savanti
Romero. When the Turtles and Renet time-traveled
then and there to stop Savanti Romero from corrupting the timestream,
he was given the task of killing the Turtles and capturing Renet.
Upon capturing Renet, Chote then confronted the Turtles. When
Savanti Romero was defeated, cast back into pre-historic times
by Renet, Chote was given a new life as a master-less ronin and
was sent to "The Omicron Seti star cluster, galactic year
1070" (TMNT Vol. 1, #46 & 47).

Discovered
lying in a burning field, his memory selectively gone and his
past a complete mystery, the Dragon was discovered and taken
in by Lieutenant Frank Darling of the Chicago Police Department.
Given a job at Franks cousin Freds
warehouse, Dragon was convinced to join the Chicago PD when superfreaks
showed up and burned the site down, killing Fred (TSD mini-series,
#1). Since then hes helped form the Freak Force and take
down an entire rogues gallery of Chicagos
worst, perhaps most notably the Overlord, the former criminal
ruler of the Vicious Circle that had held the city in his grasp
for years (TSD series, #21). After an incident with the
Fiend, he also had a meeting with Al Simmons, AKA Spawn, in Hell
itself, having to confront him in order to ascend out. He refused
to participate and let Spawn go on in his stead (Spawn #52
& TSD series #30). His first encounter with the Turtles
happened early into his police career when he was called to New
York to deal with an apparent living gargoyle. With the help
of the Turtles, he was able to defeat the witch responsible for
the animated gargoyles, Virago (TSD series, #2 & TMNT/TSD
I). He met the Turtles a second time when a cloned Complete
Carnage began a rampage in Chicago and the Turtles traveled
there to stop him. Dragon managed to punch Carnage into the lake,
where the creature was drowned by one of Dragons
foes, the Fiend (TSD series, #22 & TMNT/TSD
II). He met the Turtles a third time when the Turtles search for Splinter led them to Chicago at reports
of vampire killings going on in the city. With Dragons help, their search led them not to Splinter,
but instead DeathWatch, a super-powered villain on a vengeful
killing spree. Donatello put DeathWatch down, then the
Turtles let Dragon borrow their aircar (TMNT Vol. 3, #10
& 11).
