Based on character designs by Justice League artist Jason Fabok, the 6.75-inch figures are apparently the largest range of motion ever for a DC Collectibles figure. Wave One features Superman, Deathstroke, Aquaman, Nightwing, Batman, Wonder Woman and The Flash. Oh and that Green Lantern Hal Jordan fella gets one too! REVIEW: Green Lanterns #27

STRANDED! I hope that got your attention, because I couldn’t think of anything clever for this week. Look man, don’t blame me just blame the heat. It’s weather like this that makes me wish I was flung back into the past where the climate at least felt somewhat normal. Then again I’ve only been on this Earth for twenty seven years so the climate may have been messed in the past and I’m only thinking with nostalgia in mind (even though that’s not possible). You maybe wondering what the hell does any of my ranting have to do with this week issue of Green Lanterns? NOTHING! Now before you read further on, know that spoilers lie ahead. You have been warned.

REVIEW: Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Corps #24

Alliances are fragile, we as humans ally ourselves with each other for protection from a greater threat or a common interest. Yet when you look at history, alliances are difficult to form, yet so easily shattered. There is something in our DNA that makes humanity just want to start a relationship, start some shit then immediately break of said relationship no matter now long it lasted. Same goes within the universe of comics, the deadliest of foes have teamed up only to be back at each others throats within six months. Now if that doesn’t tell about this issue then I don’t know what will. Warning they’re will be spoilers. You have been warned.

REVIEW: Green Lanterns #26

We all start out with the best of intentions. I firmly believe no one is born evil, (unless you’re literally the son of the devil) our own personal experiences shape our own reality, which sadly can lead many people down to the path of the dark side. Just look at comics, as some of the best villains are those that started on the path of good only turned to evil because a random twist of fate. It makes villains feel more realistic, we may not agree with their actions but we can sympathize with them. Warning they’re will be spoilers going forward, you’ve been warned.

Per usual, they cover the latest news and discuss the latest issues of Green Lanterns and Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Corps. This is a pretty long episode so bare down and grab some snacks. Also, it was hastily edited so do your best to focus on the good things in life, like an extra 20 odd minutes of the GLCC!

Stress is something that we deal with on a daily basis, that’s not a secret. What is a secret is that a lot of the stress that people build up is the secrets we hide from others. REVIEW: Green Lanterns #25

Can you believe that it’s already been one year since DC relaunched it’s entire line for Rebirth. Over the course of ten years of reading comics, I’ve read several relaunches some with mitigating success and some that ultimately get scrapped or another reboot. It goes without saying that I’ve loved what DC has done over the past year and I’m uber excited for what they have for the rest of this year. As for Green Lanterns while I’ve been highly critical of certain story choices and the struggle to keep a consistent art team, I still enjoy reading it whenever it comes out. So let’s see how Sam Humphries plans to start out his second year on Green Lanterns. Warning they’re will be spoilers.
