21 Jump Street Red Band Trailer
The trailer isn't on youtube so I can't link directly. But here it the link to the posting on Bleeding Cool Note it's full of swearing so it might not be suitable for work.

As someone who has read the book, I am extremely angried that they are trying to shoehorn him into the book. I mean come on, I would just rather have the story start from the beginning. But I guess Jackson doesn't want to make the audiences clueless, since clearly people of today's generation, have never read the Hobbit.Originally posted by CYLON (13) View PostThis might be a SPOILER for The Hobbit for some of you. Actually, from what I read there, this bothers me not at all. It sounds like Frodo will only be in the movies at the very end of the second, in a scene that has to do with the lead up to Bilbo's party from The Fellowship of the Ring. That's not even really "shoehorning" since Frodo WAS there for that, in the books.Originally posted by Mister.Weirdo View PostAs someone who has read the book, I am extremely angried that they are trying to shoehorn him into the book. What bugs me (or potentially bugs me, as I don't know yet how extensive this will be) is the fact that the events of these two movies will cover enough time for such a scene to logically fit at the end of the second one. I'm excited to see The Hobbit brought to the screen, but if the events of the actual book only fill the first movie (with maybe a bit of spillover to the second) and the rest is the filmmakers filling space with stuff that Tolkein didn't go into detail about, JUST to fill the timeline up to the beginning of LotR, THAT is what makes me wary. In fact, I kind of hope, if they go that route, that The Hobbit gets covered ENTIRELY in the first movie, so I can have an awesome Hobbit movie, and not bother with the other at all...
