That comes in <em>The Flash Annual <\/em>#2 with art by Sami Basri, who had a very short stint drawing Green Lantern Kyle Rayner in the pages of <em>VooDoo<\/em>. Somehow we missed this nice sneak peek at Basri&#8217;s art and for that, we apologize.
