"The Ninja Turtles Mailing List" (NTML) is an established mailing list dedicated to discussing the Ninja Turtles, created May 2nd, 1998 by Andrew Modeen. Any and all fans are welcome who take an interest in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in any way, shape, or form. It is completely uncensored, unbiased, and all TMNT fans are welcome.
