First thought: Horrible name with a sad, disgusting implication... Anyway, moving on.
Eh, the cars do nothing for me and the House music just sounds annoying reading it...
LOL Yes, Pimp Mario and his HOOOOOOOOOO Train win cosplay.
Those ears respond... how? What, are they supposed to calm you or something? I know I wouldn't bother with those things even if they did decrease stress (BTW, Sad Photo-Bomber is Sad).
You mean you DIDN'T buy the Han Solo "Thug Life" shirt?!?! I am disappoint... *smh*
Not a bad panel, all things considered. Johnny and Laura, who looks cute even through the shitty photo, aren't too bad. That does suck, tho, about no photos with fans... And also, you missed that Jennifer Hale was Bastilla from KotOR and FemShep from Mass Effect. Pretty notable roles to overlook, bro.
Cosplayers, while a great part of any con, are even more significant at anime cons, or so I'm lead to believe. Not surprised it was an entertaining show with them around. And no, I won't ever understand the MLP fascination either, and I'm the supposed demographic it reaches. GREAT superhero cosplays (Superboy let himself go a little bit in that first pick, tho) all-around.
Mm-hm, right, "some guys" hypnotized...
That photographer either is a professional and just wanted quality pics, or he really does go home and "take care of business"... or both.
Thanks for the compliment! My grasp of the English language seems to worsen with each con. I always proofread after publishing and discover a myriad of typos and misspellings. Must be old age.
SacAnime. LOL! I didn't even think of that.
You know, I think Anime and Rave-House music go hand-in-hand. Every Anime show I've been to featured heart-pounding, headache-inducing House music. *shrugs* There were actually two DJ's at this event: one in the front and another out by the Courtyard.
For the Necomini ears, there's some sensor box that is supposed monitor your brainwaves (or something), which causes the ears to respond. Before I took that babe's photo, she was explaining how they worked. They droop, perk up, spin around and make other slight movements. It's pretty cool, but not for the price.
If they were $20, I would have bought one for my wife, but at $110, they can keep em'.
They didn't have a 2XL Han Solo shirt, otherwise I would have gotten one. I'm a big guy AND I like to wear my clothing extra baggy... and cotton shirts shrink after washing.
Yeah, I knew Jennifer did some other voice work, but since this is primarily a comic book forum, I listed accomplishments that people here would recognize. During her panel, it was pretty much a Q&A session so people requested her to do various voices and she happily obliged. She even did voices that strains her vocal cords. Jennifer was way cool. I should have asked her to tell me something provocative in her Giganta voice so I could have recorded it.
About that creeper photographer, the guy didn't have a press pass or any professional equipment (check the photo) so that leads me to believe that he's just some pedo that paints the ceilings at home as he drools over his photos. Just look at the tiny camera he's using.
Don't hate on Deadpool. Well, THIS Deadpool. It's open season on the guy from "Great Brittish."
The show was okay, but at the very least, I picked up an Ultraman Shadow figure. The guy was overcharging for it, but at least I didn't have to get it on eBay and pay for shipping. While in the Hall, I found $8 on the floor so that made the price of the figure a bit less painful.

YEAH! DEADPOOL!! http://www.thegreenlanterncorps.com/...&pictureid=576
(But, seriously, fuck you. GO PATS! )
Sounds like a mediocre con, but, as always, your coverage is impeccable. Then again, I'm not quite an anime fan, so...
Still, great blog.
