I have let my family down and I regret those transgressions with all of my heart. I have not been true to my values and the behavior my family deserves. I am not without faults and I am far short of perfect. I am dealing with my behavior and personal failings behind closed doors with my family. Those feelings should be shared by us alone.

Although I am a well-known person and have made my career as a professional athlete, I have been dismayed to realize the full extent of what tabloid scrutiny really means. For the last week, my family and I have been hounded to expose intimate details of our personal lives. The stories in particular that physical violence played any role in the car accident were utterly false and malicious. Elin has always done more to support our family and shown more grace than anyone could possibly expect.

But no matter how intense curiosity about public figures can be, there is an important and deep principle at stake which is the right to some simple, human measure of privacy. I realize there are some who don’t share my view on that. But for me, the virtue of privacy is one that must be protected in matters that are intimate and within one’s own family. Personal sins should not require press releases and problems within a family shouldn’t have to mean public confessions.

Whatever regrets I have about letting my family down have been shared with and felt by us alone. I have given this a lot of reflection and thought and I believe that there is a point at which I must stick to that principle even though it’s difficult.

I will strive to be a better person and the husband and father that my family deserves. For all of those who have supported me over the years, I offer my profound apology.

Quite frankly, this doesn’t surprise me in the slightest. In fact, I'm sick of “his transgressions” mucking up my sports talk radio. The only person that really benefitted from this is Chris Brown.



With all the Tiger news circulating, everyone forgot about his domestic disputes with Rihanna.

At any rate, for those that don’t know, this isn't anything new. Practically ALL high-profile athletes cheat on their wives: Magic Johnson had his own personal harem, Michael Jordan has a transgression or two, Kobe Bryant banged the Clerk in Colorado and now Tiger Woods. As a man, it's HARD to turn down a hot piece of stuff when it's constantly thrown in your face... and I'm not condoning or justifying his or anyone else's infidelity. I'm just sayin'. Sometimes you give into temptation for that taste of sin that's just too sweet to pass up. I think we’ve all been down this particular road.

Why would you stray if you have that waiting for you at home? Was she not giving up the goods after the birth of the children? That would be the only thing I could think of for him to stray... or she didn't get freaky-deaky in the bedroom for some kind of fetish he craved.

As a high-profile athlete, the temptation is obviously high to bang groupies. After all, they’re waiting for you whenever you finish an event. I’m sure some of the most beautiful women were offering their panties because they know Tiger is a prime target and easy payday, especially for gold-digging, money-grubbing skanks.



What gets me is the media coverage surrounding this circus. This is all they’ve been discussing for the better part of two weeks… and now it’s been revealed that Tiger’s mistress count is up to 10!!! TEN!!!

The other three haven’t yet been identified, thank God! When looking at the list, only ONE even comes close to the physical attractiveness of Tiger’s wife. The question then begs, why downgrade? A couple of those women are hideous! Why cheat if you’re not getting something better? It almost defeats the purpose of cheating.

Several years ago, I had this hottie girl wooing me and catering to my ego until I almost felt obligated to give her what she wanted… and I’m not going to lie, I LOVED the attention and after a while, I almost craved it. Fortunately for me, she said something beyond imbecilic that made me think with the right head and snapped me back into reality before I made a mistake that I would regret for the rest of my life. Men love to be desired and that’s what started me going down the wrong path. There’s nothing quite like hearing a woman tell you, “I want to make love to you.” It’s almost an invigorating feeling and one Tiger probably experienced in spades. Perhaps his ego grew too big for his britches.

One thing that got me to thinking about this entire Tiger ordeal is as men, are we ever satisfied? Hell, Tiger had 10 mistresses THAT WE KNOW OF. I wouldn’t doubt it if 10 more money-grubbing skanks came out of the woodwork looking for their piece of the action.

I’m getting married soon and I love my fiancé but facing the cold hand of reality, I know for a fact that I CAN be corrupted by physical appearances. It’s one of the things that frightens me most about marriage- staying faithful. It’s “Until Death do you part” not "do the best you can." The pig in me can confidently say with at least 70% certainty that if I met Leah Dizon,

(or someone that looks like them) in a club and we hit it off, I KNOW that I would be compelled and can be corrupted to hit that… well, depending on my blood-alcohol level. Even knowing that I have the greatest woman in the world that would do anything waiting for me at home, there’s always the temptation of the transgression. Chris Rock said in a stand-up performance that men are as faithful as their options meaning a man will give into temptation if the right opportunity presents itself. True or False?

What are your thoughts? Can men REALLY be satisfied with only one woman or is that a myth?
