I actually picture Doom having problems with The Joker. This fight is logic vs chaos, but Doom is like Batman meets Iron Man with magic. I think Doom does not kill Joker but instead lobotomizes him, makes him wear a Fantastic Four uniform, and cleans his many toilets or bowls of DOOM.

Doom would obviously WIN, but I think he would be very puzzled by the Joker, and possibly irate about the lack of respect that would be a given in such an encounter. And I doubt the Joker would ACKNOWLEDGE losing, even as he breathed his last (assuming Doom went to the trouble of killing him).
