I liked it. Its a fun summer action movie. I'm a big fan of the show(watched the reruns when I was little), don't know if you've seen it or not, but its that but set in modern time. Cool action.

Impact- Decent end of the world, apocalyptic-type flick. Didn't expect too much and found it to be decent.

The Karate Kid

One of the best remakes I've seen. It goes by the same numbers as the original, but has enough of it own moments to distinguish it apart. The villain in the movie, is a kid you really end up hating because he's a bully with an attitude. And Shao Dre (Jaden Smith) is the hero you end up rooting for. Like the original movie, it more than a martial art flick, it's about growing up and finding courage and strength. Additionally, when the kung fu is featured, the film goes into Rocky mode complete with training montage and under dog element.

This was Jackie Chan's best performance since Rush Hour, and he plays the role of Mr. Miyagi/Yoda to a T.

If you love the original, you'll like this movie.

Triangle- A flick about a girl with an autistic son caught in some kind of Bermuda temporal anamoly after a sailing escapade with friends. It was okay, but not as scary as the previews suggested.

I have not seen that version yet. I have it. I think it's still in it's original wrap.

It's not that different from the Theatrical release but it's less hokey
