I'm going to guess the over 16,000 books sold last month is part of it.

That and keeping a placeholder until Sinestro rolls off the presses; don't want GL readers getting used to a measly 4 titles per month.

Comic books don't tend to get cancelled until issue eight?

I don't care WHO they put on the book, cancelling Larfleeze for a Sinestro Corps book has GOT to be an improvement.

I am just totally uninterested in the parts of this book that deal directly with Larfleeze. The portion with Stargrave and the crazy chick are a little more interesting if only because I can muster some curiosity about where that story is going. I couldn't care less about how Larfleeze overcomes his former constructs or regains his power, since I would be perfectly content, at this point, if he never accomplished either (I'd probably be happier, actually).

Sadly, he accomplishes both in this issue, so we're stuck dealing with his boring, unfunny quest to get stuff. Or whatever. At least until the book gets cancelled. I don't recally EVER feeling this little interest in Red Lanterns, even at its worst.

With this issue I just skimmed the shitty pictures, then read the last 3 pages. It was utterly exhausting.
