Atrocious turns messianic. He makes a new location for the blood pool and Red CPB after destroying the one at Ysmault. Atrocious proves he IS the Red Lantern Corps, as he can make them and break them at any time.
It doesn't look good for "Guy's Reds". Especially with Supergirl leaving and the Judge standoffish. Of course, this is why it's building up "plot stress" all the way to the RL Annual. Plus, the "Future's End" cover has Guy either as a Blue Lantern or the leader of an uncontrollable Red Lantern Corps in the "civil war" between him and Atrocious.
Do the Reds need individual batteries? At times they seem able to power their own rings. I know they need a CPB from the plotline, or else all the rings are "poisoned". But we haven't seen individual batteries yet.
