I don't. All the colors teaming up never made a lick of sense, except in those universe-threatening apocalyptic scenarios, which should be rare IMHO. So that means, from my perspective, that a team book with all seven colors will either, a.) make no sense, or b.) vastly overuse the "universe in peril" scenario.

If there was to be a book that had all the colors, I would much prefer it to be an anthology book, that told independent stories of members of the various Corps.

All of this Godhead talk has somewhat rekindled my interest in reading GL again. I'll try to make an effort to get caught up with the title over the weekend.

Based on the solicitation covers? Does this mean that this (Act I) is a six issue series ending with the Sinestro issue?

Each MONTH's issues add up to one act collectively. Three months total for all three acts apparently.

Would you expect Hal to punk out Kyle in New Guardians? Bruce beats Azrael in Batman but in Azrael's book, no wait we are talking about Bruce here,in DC he always wins, lol. The writers of Sinestro are not charged with advancing Hal's character, just making their main character look good, so that people keep buying that book, if that means jobbing out (wrestling term) Hal to do it, then so be it.
Not related to anything, but this only reminds me of how bad the GL run was in "Action Comics Weekly" .... when they had Hal *lose* in his own title to Captain friggin' Atom... (pre-omniscience)
