Default "The Irishman"

+ YouTube Video
ERROR: If you can see this, then YouTube is down or you don't have Flash installed.

Also, the movie is about toxic masculinity:

I am pumped for this movie! And we need more toxic masculinity in our entertainment, to help cancel out the absolute pussies that American men have turned themselves into.

More masculinity? I won't disagree.
More toxic masculinity though? We might not have the same definition of toxic.

Saw it. Dug it. The CGI IS a bit offputting, but I got used to it pretty quick.

What was it that Carlin called it? The "pussification of the American male"? We need less of that in our entertainment. Once in a while I am pleasantly surprised and entertained, but there aren't enough John Wicks or Mandalorians to fill my entertainment viewing time anymore.

I loved it. I agree some of the CGI was noticable, but I think they still pulled it off well. I think perhaps giving DeNiro blue contacts was a mistake, I might have noticed the effects less if I weren't zoning in on his face the whole movie because his eyes looked not quite right.

Otherwise what a fantastic film! I cant even believe it was 3 and a half hours. It felt like 2:45 to me. Scorsese at the top of his craft here. Almost a love letter to fans of these kind of movies and the actors of that generation. The Irishman makes for a great swan song. I almost don't want any of them to work again, just so this can go down as their last movie.
