Seems a lot is going to happen in this last issue. Kolins is certainly pushing Grundy in an interesting direction.

Interesting putting a black lantern in the background with Cyrus.

Why the move? The rest of them have been in Alan Scott section?

Yeah that's what I meant to do. It's here now, and still, no one cares

I care, I love Scott Kolins work. He's not the best writer, but the story has been interesting enough that I can stay on for it and still enjoy the art.

Why is this here now? Isn't this a BN storyline?

Because its a Solomon Grundy story FIRST and FOREMOST. And features Alan Scott moreso than anything Blackest Night related.

No. Only the last issue has anything to do with Blackest Night, and it's only a tie-in.

This has been the only issue I've really been waiting for but I have to admit I loved Frankenstein kicking Solomon Grundy's ass last issue so I am excited to see what happens in this issue especially sense he is going up again Bizarro and Man-Bat in Superman/Batman's Blackest Night issue.

I'm glad I didn't pick up the other six of these... The art was hard to look at to understand what I was seeing. The text was fine story was meh and I'd have liked to see him as a BL more...

I hate the fact that they used Blackest Night as a huge selling point for this book, but thankfully Comicvine saved me the trip to the LCS. Not really spoilers since we knew it was going to happen

I haven't read any of the other issues in the series, and wasn't planning on it. But my LCS put this in my pull box because I asked for "everything BN". So should I know anything about this series before reading the last issue? Seems weird to read only the last part of a series.

Gold had 7 days to save himself by learning who his murderer was (Gold is the guy grundy used to be) if he figures it out and forgives the murderer then he is freed from being Grundified anymore. If he figures it out but fails to forgive then he goes to hell and is no longer Grundified

I am SO glad is mini series over. It was the longest seven months I've had as a comic fan in some time.

one of the worst issues of anything I've read in quite some time. Just didn't do anything for me.

If I was a huge Grundy fan this might be awesome. But going into #7 expecting Blackest Night thrills I was terribly disappointed.
