O’Neil was best known for his work on Batman, which included writing Batman, Detective Comics, and Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight, as well as editing DC’s Batman titles from 1986 to 2000. That is a big one. Maybe I'll re-read GL/GA #76 today ... yet again.

                    • Well, I pulled my Hard Traveling Heroes trades and read GL/GA #76 (O'Neil's start on GL); 85 and 86 (the anti-drug issues). I think I'll read #87 too since it's next in the book and Stewart's debut.

Actually, it's an interesting time to re-read these because there's this speech in 76 about how divided the country is that could be about right now.
