Hello!

I am a recent fan to the whole DC/Green Lantern universe.

Have to say it was probably the expansion of the GL universe of Geoff Johns that drew me into being a full-blown fan. My favorite, as my avatar shows are the Blue Lantern corps. They seem to have the worst luck though having lost two worlds already. I was hoping to see more of them in maybe the New Guardians comics but sad to see that's been discontinued.

The GLC Lost Army storyline is intriguing but still being fleshed out.

Anyway, glad to be here.

Well I live in Seattle now. But that will always be home.

When I was growing up comics were a big part of every boy's life, along with the afternoon cartoon shows like Voltron and Starblazers, etc.,

Then, I dunno what happened. Comic book shops in Hawaii are hard to come by now, unless there's a newsstand that subscribes to comics, you are just SOL.

But at least on Oahu, Jelly's Comics and Gecko's comics were the well-known institutions back in the day.
