Really, really, good, lot further along than I was at that age. A quick critiquing of it though is that the left hand is smaller than the right, but it should be the other way around because the left is in the foreground and the right is in the back.

very well done man! w/ the exception of the hands, I think the anatomy is laid out very nicely. a couple of pointers:
-the light halo from the lantern should be in front, not around (as the light source is embedded inside the staff). you can get the desired effect from playing with masking
-the "highlights" on the clothes might want to be a bit brighter in the color hue, to represent the light given off by the sources (try using a Vivid or Hard light layer/brush)
-your clothes have different textures, probably from using different brushes. as they're the same material, you should keep the usage consistent, and play more with the saturation/brightness of them; not the brushes used

all in all very well done, I'm impressed with your growth thus far

i knew there was a way to get the light from the lantern inside, i just didnt know how xD
ill play around with masking later, but i never really got it lol

when u say brighter in the color hue, do u mean pinker? or, whiter? or....something else? lolz

sadly, i did use the same brush on the clothes xD
the bottom piece had more folds though so i added a lot more highlights, maybe thats it?

thx for the comment!
im definitely going to work on masking,
as always, u were very helpful!

np! Masking is a bit tricky at first, w/ a STEEP learning curve. you can pick up the tool install for free at:
http://graphicssoft.about.com/od/pse...ermasktool.htm
basically, just black out on the layer you don't want anyone to see. Use a brush set to 0% hardness to avoid any hard lines. play w/ it a bit; I'm sure you'll get it down.

by color hue, I meant that all highlights from the ring should be more grey-ish; use a deep grey-tone of the base color when burning/multiplying the shadow. The same for the Lantern-created highlights, but use a deep indigo/navy-bluish for the effect. again, play with it.

as for the clothing, perhaps it's just the brush setting? It looks like you were using a hard/vivid light w/ a screen somehow (I may be WAY off on that). I'd try to tone down the highlights of the loincloth, maybe use a smudge tool to get some more texture out of it.

All in all, I think this is a fantastic job; leaps beyond even your last piece. You're really pushing yourself, and it's showing. good show. Just take your time and learn how to be patient with your work; that passion will definitely translate.

i downloaded the masking layer thing, and i put it on a layer, but i dont know what to do next xD
i messed with different blending modes, but there the same as they used to be,
i did grey in the areas where the ring is shining though, i work on the loincloth next.
thank you!
