If you look closely at the figures, they're feet don't touch the ground. They "stand" on the ends of their robes (and the brief glimpses of their robes we've seen in footage shows them WAY longer). So they're actually SHORTER than that, but they could have made the robes longer on the figure and had them "stand" much taller. My guess is if we even see them move in the film they will float, with their robes trailing to the ground beneath them.

They dont even have feet on the figures, its just a sculpted robe

TRU's site also has Battle Shifters listed - two Hal Jordan versions and a Tomar Re. I think there's also a Kilowog one, but it's not on their site.
