I don't know. Someone who is just saying "let's not kill each other" is not quite the equivalent of people who pull babies from fire, take a bullet for a stranger or give all their wealth to the homeless. However, I would agree with Tazer that even the simple message "let's not kill each other" can be more impressive in a place where that is not the norm.

I was on the highway tonight in Mass, and there was a cruiser with his lights on driving in the right lane at about 5mph, slowing down traffic. As I got in the passing lane and passed him along with the other vehicles, I saw why he was doing it. There was about ten ducklings trapped on the traffic side of the concrete barrier line, and he was giving them a police escort to the next opening to get them out safely.
