I was the same way but the only issue I loved was #1. I don't know if my expectations were to high because of All Star Superman or what.

          • Definitely enjoyed this issue of Action! Very upset now that Diggle is gone. I loved how he worded things in this. Felt a little old school to me, but I think Superman should always have a bit of old school in his wordage.

The art was incredible, but I wasnt too worried about that. Hope Daniel can keep this arc enjoyable on his own (but wont be holding my breath).

                    • 2nd Annuals already? Some titles haven't had their 1st yet lol. I don't trust Lobdell with Brainiac.

                        • Scott Lobdell on Action, Superman, and the Superman Annual?!?!??!?!?! How the fuck does he continue to get work!!!

Batman/Superman is intriguing me. Doesn't seem like it'll fit with what happened in the first JL arc, but we'll see.

When they first announced that Parker's run was "the first time Superman and Batman met." I knew that they were going to piss on Johns' JL origin.

                            • Well looking at the cover it's Earth Prime Superman and Earth 2 Batman hanging Earth Prime Batman and Earth 2 Superman. That's interesting.

no, I'm saying it as a pissed off fan, I know there are those who don't like Diggles work, but I do and I'm up set he's gone when the first issue looks like the start of something good
