No stands?

OK, so I just recently bought some figs from the line based on the animated show style. (I'm not a big fan of the look, but I thought it would be fun for the kids and they were on HUGE clearance.)

However, I am flabbergasted that, with figures that are almost all massively top-heavy with TINY feet, they include no stands. They have holes in their feet for stands, but none included (and they can't stand up AT ALL without them). Did any of these EVER have stands? How could they design them so they are impossible to keep upright without stands, then not include any? If I wanted to get stands, where would I look for ones that fit?

eBay. It's where I got mine. It's tough to gauge if they'll fit your (JLU, I'm assuming) figures though. You'll have to contact the seller and inquire.

Now that I think about it, I have about 30 generic, black figure stands that I'm not using that I can sell to you. I'll see if they fit the JLU figures tonight and let you know.

Watch out for those shipping charges, though! Definitely do a bulk order fi you're thinking of getting some. But you can find generic ones different places online.

I probably won't bother unless they are cheap and easy to locate. I've only got 4 figs, so I'm not buying in bulk, and I'm the only one really annoyed by the fact that they didn't provide stands for figs that were horribly designed for standing on their own. The kids don't really care.

(I just noticed that the stands for sale at Mattycollector cost more than all the figs I bought combined. BEFORE shipping charges. Yeah, no thanks.)

If you should buy more, know that the stands alone don't work for all figures. It's mostly the female figures that need this solution created by Elmeaux
