Well not sure who knows but a few years ago I fought MMA, well I'm working on my comeback. A good friend of mine, is starting to train and fight lightwieght. well he came to me for some training advice. After spending a weekend sparing and lifting with this guy I figured it was time to see if I could pick up were I left off. I've been weight training for a good year now, but I need to drop my bodyfat, and get my cardio up.

So today started my cutting phase, changed up my training, and started to do extra cardio, and cleaned up my diet.

Next is to check out this MMA gym that opened a few miles from me. and hopefully I can find a fight in the next 6 month.
