watching the Nintendo E3 coverage live and Robot Chicken is doing skits for them. They had animated Reggie laser beam a guy in the crowd who said "What about StarFox?!" so I turned it off. He basically just laser beamed me. lol

Nintendo aren't going to waste resources on a console that will be dead come end of 2015.(Once Zelda is out that's it people) You're best hope for Starfox, F Zero etc, is on their next console. If they bother that is, since the last good Starfox game was on the N64...that's a long time ago now.
I liked the look of that ink splatoon game though, looks like it would be fun in co-op.

With the success of the DS, I think the worst case scenario would be concentrating on handheld.

Yeah, that's what I thought as well. But it was a nice E3 presentation, probably the best of the three. An open world Zelda, Mario Maker, Hyrule Warriors, this whole Amiibo thing looks interesting (especially if you can use one figure for multiple games, like Reggie implied), Super Smash Bros looks better and better, and I can't wait for that new Xenoblade game. The Robot Chicken skits were somewhat tame compared to their usual stuff, but it's a step in the right direction. Nintendo needs to be fun again. Not just childish stuff (Claymation Kirby and Amigurumi Yoshi), but Bayonetta and Starfox as well. Looks like they are finally starting to cover all bases.

Fuck MARIO. *kicks over table*
Nintendo don't have to stick his face in every god damn new game they come up with. I'm glad he and the other usual suspects are no where near that ink game. They need a fresh new IP era like when SEGA brought out the Dreamcast, Crazy Taxi, Jet Set Radio, Shenmue etc.
As for Nintendo lasting another cycle. They can do it, but they sure as hell better get their shit in order from the get go.

Grim Fandango coming back? Fuck yes.
Also, Watch Dogs was only a "thing" if you counted its five separate collector's editions as being a respectable business move.Villain Draft 3: Fourth Place Winner

How many times have they offered a multitude of special editions from themselves on a brand-new IP?Villain Draft 3: Fourth Place Winner
