Who was Sportsmaster's "partner"???

Not sure, but with the Scarab talking about murdering villains rather than disabling them, and the revelation that the Scarab was Ted Kords invention, rather than alien tech, I wonder...
The unidentified villain had a blaster that seemed similar to Blue's, as well as having a synthesised, electronic voice - it's a Black Beetle of some sort, could Ted have made a prototype Scarab which has now taken control of him?

So many characters so little time per episode!!

He called them "meat" and that sounds so damn familiar but I can't remember who says that line.

I'm not sure I like all this attention clone-Roy is getting. HE's the one to have Chesire's child? Boo. Knowing that the real Roy is out there, I just feel like they haven't thought this through. I'm sure they're just going to kill clone-Roy eventually, but won't we just have to deal with all of real-one-armed-Roy's personal drama? I hope it doesn't go that route because the last thing this show needs is repetitiveness.

And Wally and Artemis being in school just felt wrong. No explanation given whatsoever. Dick isn't trying to talk Wally out of leaving the team but he's trying to talk a dismissive clone back onto a team he never wanted to be on? Boo again. This 5 year jump needs to be fleshed out some more. A lot more for me.

I dont think Ted made it, I think thats wat *Jaime thinks* is the deal. given that the Kroloteans were spooked all to fuck upon sight of BB (recognizing his as a member of the Reach), Im betting Ted found the scrab and never figured it out only to have it fall into the kids hands (or rather, on his back.) ;P

lol Somehow I don't think the writers on Young Justice are thinking super speed is too powerful to use, after an entire season of having Wally tripping every episode. It's definitely reminiscent of NTT where he walked away, but having him just be out and not explain it just irks the shit outta me.

Roy is in a messed up place, Dick's just being a good friend and trying to get him out this slump. Nothing wrong with that.

And Wally was seen in school during the first season. What did you want explained? He's the one hero on the team that decided to live a normal life and finish school.

Bloodlines was a fun episode and it had a lot of good things in it. A few examples, Peter David writing it, Barry having more screentime, Impulse wearing his 90s costume, the other speedsters being involved and how good the animation executed their speeding. I loved the speed talking with Impulse and Barry too. The tone of this episode is a lot of fun and different compared to the other YJ episodes. This proves that WB/DC need to make a Flash animated series or movie. I'm surprised Johns hasn't fought to get one made since he's a huge Flash fan. They'll probably wait for the Flash live-action movie to be made(like that's going to come out anytime soon.)
