The fact that a 9-year-old game still captures gamers' attention is a testament to MvC2. I'd love for Capcom to develop more comics fighting games based on the Street Fighter model.

It's a 2d fighting game you can download, where people customise and create characters. It is made in a similar style to the Capcom 2d fighter games, and is free I think. If you youtube it you can see examples of it.

Someone else can tell you more - but I think that's the general gist lol.
