I don't even think he is C list. It is just too much of a hassel to make him cool. I am notsaying it can't be done,I am just saying It's not worth the time when you can start fresh. Neiter Effigy or Nero,went over that well when the came out. So why force a square peg through a round hole? Nostalgia? To prove a point that Kyle's rogues were not all jokes? I think the key with getting new Kyle fans is to simply admit that mistakes were made during his run,but tomorrow is a new day and we learned a lesson,from those cardboard villians.

In Sinestro #2, he killed one of his Corps members then destroyed the Ring before it could find a replacement. Seems like the Sinners numbers will be limited from here on out as well.

That leaves us with 20 or fewer Reds, probably a similar amount of Sinners, one inactive Blue, Larfleeze, X # of Sapphires (two that we see regularly) and whatever is left of the Indigo Tribe. I'm satisfied with that.

As for Nero and Effigy:

Nero I've always liked, especially in the Ion maxi. He has potential for sure, but like Rotten said, is it worth it?

Effigy was alright too, but too mundane to bother with these days. I would like to see him fight Firestorm just for the hell of it though

I would rather a really mean Qwardian,gotten the yellow ring. His gimmick could have been that he used strange but powerful weapon constructs because he lived with the weaponers. I just wanted something with a little thought behind it. Hers is a flasher with a power ring ENJOY! That was 90's though.
