        Better yet, why do the uniform constructs tear like clothing? I've seen several instances where domino masks are peeled away on the edges, or uniforms get rips...if it's a construct, does the ring bearer construct the damage as he or she takes the damage? Sort of a subconscious reactive construct?

            perhaps its their minds adding in physical form where it beleives the damage is. This also could be why they never have to mend it.

              In regards to GL, I don't feel as tho the skin-tight suit is virtually over the clothes. But I do think the ring does something to them. Maybe stores them inside the ring like Kilowog did with his entire race's life force.
