Wally West's New Costume?

I know Ethan Van Sciver said Wally is getting a new costume but I just saw he said look for him in Blackest Night, I wonder if his new costume is going to be making him a Lantern of some sort like Green, Blue, Indigo, or Black being his new Costume?

I mean he was Kid Lantern for a story so he could become Green Lantern again for BN.
