But this is DCnU Superman, who's apparently vulnerable to more than just Kryptonite and magic, so Arthur can give him a run for his money either way.

In action #1, it was stated that he had been was stronger over the previous 6 months - It could be that while a Tank Shot managed to stun and bruise him back then, his invulnerability was also still developing.

I guess we'll find out over the next few months, if not Superman #1.

Well, I know it's old, but Aquaman did take down a white martian single handedly, without much effort, so there's that.

The way I see it, Arthur has been in the water for years developing his powers and skills, the JL only has a few months experience tops. Except maybe Batman, but he's only human....

Yeah, the thread is about all 52 new comics. We're discussing JL #4 at the moment. Next month everybody will be talking about Batman and Hal vs Superman....
