Nicholas Cage confirms “Ghost Rider” sequel
Talking to "The Late, Late Show” with Craig Ferguson, Nicholas Cage confirms some things about the Ghost Rider sequel...

Nicolas Cage will return for a Ghost Rider sequel, which is tentatively titled: Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance. Speaking on "The Late, Late Show," “There’s gonna be a new one,” Cage said to Ferguson, right after he was presented with a model of a flaming skull, “I just made the deal today.”

The film will be helmed by Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, Cage reportedly confirmed.

Ghost Rider 2 does not have a confirmed release date yet.

this, and it has just been announced the directors of Crank will be working on the sequel. Talk about a movie going down to shitville really fast.

The worst things about the first Ghost Rider were the overacting Nicolas Cage and the underacting Wes Bentley. Both have been so much better in other movies that it hurts. Weird that of all the things they threw out, they kept Cage. If there ever was a franchise where a reboot with a different actor made sense, it would be this one.

The worst part of Ghost Rider, was the emo kid from American Beauty playing the main villain. Who's supposed to be a bad-ass demon.

                Yo.

I had objections to the m.w.w. (Marvel White-Washing) that Johnny got in this story (which should offend just about EVERY comic reader if ya ask me), and the utter lack of anything remotely demonic being seen (or done) in it ontop of that.

that movie had Fantastic Four -lvl fail & disppointment all over it, and its only saving grace was its cinematographic effects, Mendez's ass in that white dress..........and the opportunity to see Donal Logue "get ashy" in a 2nd Marvel movie.

I dont even watch this when it comes on FX, Im so annoyed.

No, really. I don't think it was that bad.

                    Nick made a good Ghostrider.

True, the villian department suffered a bit in that movie, But i think it was tolerable if not good.

To be honest, I downloaded the film from the internet, but never watched past the first 20 minutes before deleting from my computer. Enough people encouraged me to watch the film that I bought a copy of it 'USED' from where I worked. Never got around to watching the dvd either. It still sits in my collection.
