Loved the issue! Had a few problems, like, as Andrew mentioned, molly looked ridiculously young (that's Bagley's art for you, I guess?), Ted acted like a prick, and I got kind of confused about Power Girl's explanation for why she went craycray and why Mikaal was sent in space ALONE.

But.

I still loved it it was very much a "lead in" issue, though. 3.5/5, almost a 4, but yet again the art knocked it down a bit for me. I did like the colouring, though.

I thought the issue was great. Mark Bagely is one of my faves since his time on Amazing Spider-Man. The story itself seems well enough and they didn't waist much time to getting to the point IMO. I thiink the faster you show what your up against (magic and elementals gone nuts and Alan on the Dark side of the moon with a fortress) you can get to the big confrontations faster and focus far more time on them then just getting to the big fight at end for a quick clean (and sometimes cheap finish). Looking forward to the rest of the story and to see if this sets up a new status for Alan or not.

Not a bad issue. I am enjoying this storyline so far, mainly because of Jade, Alan and Todd. Art isn't the best, but at least Robinson isn't as bad as he was with CFJ.

He'd been fucking her for decades and it didn't de-age her any. Why would it now, suddenly?
