Looks like Dr. Impossible and some friends. Wonder what's the connection to Final Crisis, if anything?

My guess is that they all found some leftover equipment from the dead New Gods and made themselves a supervillain team.

Well actually, all you really needed to do is read CFJ #6 before this issue and you'd be fine. Its like reading that GL issue before Blackest Night before the Rainbow Corps got together.

No, not fine. It spoils CFJ #7, the whole conclusion of how they will deal with Prometheus and wrap the series.
