I'll go one step further. It's not just the ring... somehow her father Sinestro is influencing her. He's the ONLY person to ever call Kyle 'alley rat'.

If Kyle has to keep that brand I'm gonna be so pissed. First Sinestro kills his mom before Sin War, now Sinestro's daughter brands Kyle with a Sinestro Corps emblem. WTF.

I don't think Soranik and Kyle will be getting back together. Actually, with the introduction of "The Emerald Space," and with how the story has gotten rid of Tomar-Tu and Soranik Natu as Green Lanterns, I almost expect them to bring back Tomar-Re and Katma Tui. Since they are some of the Corps' most known members outside of the humans, it would be in keeping with Rebirth's agenda to put things back to their most "iconic" status quo.

I don't think Soranik and Kyle will be getting back together. Actually, with the introduction of "The Emerald Space," and with how the story has gotten rid of Tomar-Tu and Soranik Natu as Green Lanterns, I almost expect them to bring back Tomar-Re and Katma Tui. Since they are some of the Corps' most known members outside of the humans, it would be in keeping with Rebirth's agenda to put things back to their most "iconic" status quo.
