Well, we've replaced Sinclair with Brian Miller, who is a bit more suited to the energy of a Flash book in my opinion

I've been a fan of Alex Sinclair's coloring since Batman: Hush, but I agree that it just didn't work well for the mini-series.

Do you know if Geoff has any plans somewhere down the road for a Sinestro Origin ? Also do you know why there isnt any continuity with the Green Lantern symbols ? It seems it all depends on the mood of whomever that day.

This is my first go-round at this party. Being a skeptic by nature, I initially thought this was a bad joke or some schmuck posing as you. At any rate, I have a couple of questions:

1. (Sorry if this has been asked) Will you be attending the ComicCon in San Diego this year? It's GL's 50th Anniversary so as a GL artist, it should be mandatory. >=o)

2. What's your take on the loose interpretation of the way artists are drawing the Green Lantern symbol? Is it the artist's choice similar to the way different artists draw Spider-Man's eyes and the Venom symbol? It irks me because from issue to issue the symbol is drawn differently, particularly on Hal Jordan. I'm thinking there should be a uniformed standard as to how it should be drawn as opposed to proper one way and sloppy the next.

By the way, good job on the Blackest Night covers! I can't wait for July!

No questions but a thought of mine -- the Green Lantern art that Van Sciver is a part of....is unparalleled. His renditions are what the Green Lanterns LOOK like. In my opinion, every other rendition is lackluster, childish, or both. It's beyond frustrating to know that every Green Lantern issue could look like a beautiful capture of the sun, but to accept reality and know that I can't always be blessed with masterful art

Indeed thanks for the picture. I think it was Shane Davis who jokingly created the Dex-Star the cat Red Lantern. Are their any Sinestros or other Lanterns that you created that seemed to find a following of their own?

My favorite is Karu Sil, but I guess the most popular one that I created is Kryb. She's got an action figure, and had an arc in GLC, so I guess she's the best of them!
