Ash and Sareek...Black Lanterns?

Last time we saw them, was in the "Prelude To Blackes Night", when they found the Central Battery, and the two giant hands came up from the ground. And then...we see this:

I was a bit sad to see them hovering with Scar and the Guardians. Was hoping they'd somehow escaped from Ryut.

Yeah. I thought they'd turn up later on at a critical moment, offering help or something. Turning up as Black Lanterns is just... too obvious.

Completely agree. I was thinking that they may have not have been seen by the hands coming out of the ground and stayed and watched what was happening from the distance. Then, maybe they could have found out some secret to the Black Lantern Battery. But sadly that definitely won't be happening now :P

I wonder who was around to catch them. There wasn't any Black Lanterns at that point and no one else was on Ryut... just Nekron's hands lurching for them, and it looked like they were easily going to elude those.

Actually...nobody knows. The event is not over, so we just can especulate, think about theories, and share them with each-other, and then talk about them. But thanks for dismissing what I said without any argument!

And considering Sareek can talk to the dead I was expecting him to be able to talk to the trapped heros within their black lantern shells (like being able to communicate with Hal or Kyle when they were trapped in Parallax). They kinda wasted him as a character.

I was not surprised they died. The moment Scar send them on their mission, it was pretty much a way to get rid of them.
