Now this is a company-wide event. This is what it should be.

This is what I wish it wasn't. Sure tons of Black Lanterns are cool but do we really need a Teen Titans tie in when there's already a Titans mini?

Why not? It's happening everywhere, over an extended period of time. It would be weird if everything is hunky dory in the main book.

Man, who Black Lantern Terra not after? First Beast Boy, now Geo-Force, who's next, Deathstroke?

            Totally agree. Especially about Titans.
It's Marvel-style, I thought DC would avoid it.

Hate the idea of Doom Patrol tying in. Its JUST starting, let it fucking breathe. And as I said in another thread, Solomon Grundy vs Bizarro(and now ManBat) is fucking stupid. The only bonus here is that its more Scott Kolins art to wonder at.

I don't have a huge problem with the series expanding everywhere, but its not my preference and it should stick to NECESSARY titles. No need for it to fuck with other titles if a good story can not be told. And Superman/Batman #67 will be a key issue for DC Comics. They will have to do something with that title now that they are playing with continuity again.

But for REBELS, for example, it's the last chance not to be shut down soon. It's on the verge of shutting although it's a very nice book.

When have they said anything about REBELS being canceled? I know its not a big seller but the writer sure does believe they have huge things planned after this little crossover.

Like there's no reason why the Grayson family would try to kill Dick?

Why does J'onn want to kill Hal and Barry?

                          Because he wants everyone dead

I'm not really excited for DC to do so many crossovers in the monthly titles, but seeing as it's a real crossover it does kind of make sense. DC hasn't done one like this in a long time, at least, to this extent.

And West, I agree with you about the DP crossover. It's gonna be hard for Giffen to build up momentum there if the 4th issue in, he's already accomodating a crossover. Same with Adventure.

Rebels I can see, as that book probably needs every chance it can get to avoid the big axe.

Johns is writing Adventure Comics, so I don't worry about it being forced in, but I can understand Doom Patrol.

R.E.B.E.L.S. is a fantastic cosmic book, and it's fitting to have a crossover, with the big stuff going on in there. Though, the Blackest Night tie-in would likely help sales.
