Prepare to be disappointed. WB isn't going to screw over their newest hero right off the bat. I've actually heard that they won't go anywhere near an "Emerald Twilight" storyline, we might see Hal get possessed in the movie, and then see him overcome it, but Hal won't be the "bad guy" in any of the movies. They learned their lesson.

Whhy does everyone think that Hal will get possessed? They aren't trying to market Green Lantern, they are marketing Ryan Reynolds as Hal Jordan Green Lantern. They need him as much as Batman needs Bale. They will not turn him before Sinestro. Sorry ain't gonna happen
